The US Department of State is offering full funding for schools wanting to start or grow a Chinese or Arabic language program by sending you a Chinese, Egyptian, or Moroccan teacher through the Teachers of Critical Languages Program (TCLP) - https://www.americancouncils.org/programs/teachers-critical-languages-pr.... The deadline to apply is Jan. 27, 2020, but it will take a long time to get the approvals and for your school to write the application.
