Virtual Gaza 5k

Are you ready to run, walk (or just watch) the 2020 Virtual Gaza Run/Walk + Digital Festival?

After the success of our first Pittsburgh “4K4GazaKids” last October we were hoping to expand this year’s walk to a regional event. Unfortunately, the Covid 19 virus has put an end to those plans, but at the same time it has opened up an exciting new opportunity for us.

On Saturday September 12, FOSNA Pittsburgh will join UNRWA USA when it holds its first-ever Virtual Gaza 5K. Our goal will be the same as last year: to raise funds to support UNRWA’s mental health services for Palestinian refugee children in Gaza, most of whom have spent their lives living under blockade and repeated military assaults.

After running or walking in your own neighborhood (or even if you can’t get out and run/walk) take part in an online festival where we’ll hear from celebrities, UN officials and Palestinian artists.
