THE ISLAMIC CENTER OF PITTSBURGH AND CONFLICT KITCHEN PRESENT: MUSLIM SOLIDARITY POTLUCK

Over 250 people from all walks of life came to meet members of the local Muslim community and learn about the Muslim experience in Pittsburgh. Approximately 80% of the people in attendance had never been to the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh before.

Dinner was provided by Conflict Kitchen, the Islamic Center, and collaborating Muslim organizations throughout Pittsburgh. Guests dined with a diverse group of people and as well as special guests from the Muslim community. The entry fee was $10 and a homemade dessert.

The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh is located in North Oakland and first time visitors are encouraged to attend.
