Please join us Saturday, February 9th, from 6 to 8 PM at the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh as our three guest speakers Donna Auston, Khalid Raheem, Ernie Sharif, discuss the impact of Malcolm X through the different stages in his life. DESCRIPTION
Over the centuries, East Africans have greatly distinguished themselves in India as generals, commanders, admirals, architects, prime ministers, and rulers. They have written a story unparalleled in the rest of the world: that of enslaved Africans attaining the pinnacle of military and political authority.

Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to present their research at the CERIS Research Symposium on March 23, 2019 at Slippery Rock. A broad range of topics are accepted If you think a paper you are writing or a project completed (visual arts, poetry, etc) may qualify but aren’t sure, please email Elaine Linn at eel58@pitt.edu.
